The School Social Work Association of America is pleased to offer a new continuing education opportunity through the SSWAAed program in partnership with The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV).
**CEs are provided and issued by UTRGV, not SSWAA.

Description
This program consists of 8 modules, offered fully asynchronously, designed to equip school-based professionals with culturally informed approaches to understanding and addressing grief and loss.

- Individuals in districts affected by diversity training restrictions.
- Participants in the New York Life Foundation Grief Sensitive School Program.
- Professionals in designated tribal schools.
grant scholarships provided by:
University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, provider 4197, is approved to offer social work continuing education by the TSBSWE program. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Individuals who complete this course have the ability to earn up to 20.0 CEs. If your state does not accept CEs from a Texas approved program, please note that these CEs may not apply.
